PAL Plus utilizes athletic and recreational activities to enhance trust and understanding between today's youth and officers.  Based on the premise that reciprocity in relationships between officers and the community enhances positive youth development.  Officers willingly engage to support our youth in achieving their success.  Sports programs include Baseball, Basketball, Cheerleading, Dance, Football, Track & Field, Golf, and Softball.

The PAL Plus mentoring programs provide youth healthy relationships, positive supervision, and life-changing influence from beloved law enforcement officers.  The Pal Plus Mentoring Program seeks to expand public awareness about the role of a police officer and reinforces the values and attitudes instilled in the youth by their parents, family, and respective communities.

Studies have proven that young people that respect law enforcement officers on the ball field, in the gym, and in the classroom, will likely respect laws within community, creating a beneficial citizen focused on improving tomorrow's neighborhoods.  Educational Programs include Tutoring, Mentoring, Etiquette Classes, Junior Police Academy, GEES / GEMS, and Drive to Survive.
